ICLPCE 2027 welcomes original and unpublished papers in linguistics, psychology, creative education, educational technology, and related interdisciplinary fields. Manuscripts must be written in English and submitted in editable Microsoft Word format (.doc or .docx) by January 1, 2027. Conference presentation eligibility will normally be determined within five working days, while full papers submitted for proceedings publication will undergo peer review within 10–28 working days. Authors should ensure that all required author information, abstracts, keywords, ethical declarations, and references are complete and accurate before submission.
