About the Conference
The 3rd International Conference on Linguistics, Psychology and Creative Education (ICLPCE 2027) will be held in Seoul, South Korea, from January 22 to 24, 2027. The conference will bring together scholars, educators, psychologists, linguists, researchers, and postgraduate students to exchange ideas, present recent findings, and explore emerging developments across these interconnected fields.

Conference Publication Information
All full-paper submissions to ICLPCE 2027 will undergo peer review by specialists in the relevant fields appointed by the Conference Academic Committee. The review process normally takes 10 to 28 working days, although additional time may be required for some manuscripts.
Once a paper has been accepted, all authors will receive an official acceptance letter together with the reviewers’ comments or review report by email. Authors are advised to check their inboxes regularly, including spam or junk folders, for correspondence from the Conference Secretariat.
Accepted and registered papers will undergo a similarity check before publication. Manuscripts that meet the conference’s academic, originality, and formatting requirements will be considered for publication in the designated conference proceedings or associated peer-reviewed journals. Final publication remains subject to the scope, editorial policies, and approval requirements of the respective publication venue.

Publication arrangements for accepted and registered full papers submitted to ICLPCE 2027.
Publication Route 01Proceedings Publication
Accepted and registered full papers from the 3rd International Conference on Linguistics, Psychology and Creative Education (ICLPCE 2027) will be published in the official conference proceedings, subject to successful peer review, completion of required revisions, similarity screening, and final editorial approval.
Peer Review and Editorial Approval
Every full paper will be evaluated by specialists in the relevant field appointed by the Conference Academic Committee. Publication is conditional upon satisfactory revision and final editorial approval.
Crossref DOI Registration
Each published paper will be assigned a unique Digital Object Identifier (DOI) registered through Crossref.
Indexing and Academic Discovery
Following publication, the proceedings will be submitted for evaluation or discovery by relevant academic services, including the Conference Proceedings Citation Index (CPCI), Google Scholar, CNKI Scholar, and other scholarly databases.
Online-First Publication
Where the production schedule permits, papers completing registration, revision, similarity screening, and editorial checks at an earlier stage may be published online ahead of later submissions.
Publication Route 02Journal Publication
Selected high-quality papers addressing linguistics, psychology, creative education, educational technology, or related interdisciplinary fields may be invited for expanded submission to relevant international peer-reviewed journals, including journals indexed in Web of Science or Scopus.
Selection of Papers
Journal recommendations will be based on academic quality, originality, relevance to the journal’s scope, and the recommendations of the Conference Academic Committee.
Expanded Journal Submission
Authors may be required to substantially revise, extend, or refocus their conference papers before submitting them to a journal.
Independent Peer Review
A journal submission constitutes a separate publication process. Each manuscript will remain subject to the journal’s editorial assessment, peer-review standards, publication policies, and final decision.
Journal Scope and Requirements
Authors must ensure that their extended manuscripts meet the aims, scope, ethical standards, formatting requirements, and submission policies of the selected journal.
